  • Hm, If I have understood correctly, the mapping value should be "channel[id]"? I tried it, but it does not work.


  • yes, I have checked API, and know that I have to use mapping. But the problem is how, what should the mapping look like?


  • mapping specifies how to .... It's in the API docs http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/docs/?class=Ext.data.XmlReader and follow the link to Record and check the create method
