I've been using XBMC on my modded xbox for some time, but it got a bit too slow. I found out that there was a version for the PC so I gave the live cd a try last night. Looks great for the 5 seconds that I can see anything. My HTPC hard reboots a few seconds after it reaches the main screen. I don't think its a hardware problem as I've been running Ubuntu for a year on that PC without a problem and other linux live cd's don't cause a problem. My specs are as follows...

I installed it to the hard drive but it did the exact same thing as before. I tried to check the log files to see if there were any important error messages, however I can't see any log files in any of the XBMC folders. If anyone has any suggestions to try I would appreciate it.
Fix It On Tv::
After rebooting with the Live CD removed the computer will tell the error that posted a new version of the USB creator making it easy to get boxee/xbmc.
