xbmc hanging - version 12/25/06

  • Hi,

    I just got xbmc running and I am having a problem - whenever I run a picture slideshow - it runs for about 3 or 4 minutes and then fades to a black screen - and it hangs up the machine - I can't access any of my shares (which are all SMB).

    When I stream music alone I don't have this problem - only with the picture slideshow and/or with music.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.


  • as an fyi - it seems to be only with recursive slideshow... - it also does this if I set slideshow up as my screen saver.
