I went onto account management and put on burning crusade 10 day free trial. I then went to download it and after it did it, it said I did not have enough ram. So I went off it and tried to log in to World of Warcraft. It said I'm registered for burning crusade and I can't get on! :(
I put a post on forums, no reply and sent and email. I can't phone them and I don't want to wait 10 days.
What should I do!? 10 points best answer.

you probably need to get on your account and disable the burning crusade because you didnt download it so your account needs burning crusade to play it happened to me before. but i dont play anymore i quit 5 months ago but i think thats wut your problem is. you just need to go onto ur account online and disable the burning crusade add on. You should try contacting them again.
You can always cancel your free trial (at least you could last time I logged in) in Account Management.

It's a client issue.
Because your account thinks it's under the 10 day trial for Burning Crusade, you also have to login and play with the Burning Crusade client that you have to download and install also [it should've said this when you were upgrading your account with the trial]. Without that Burning Crusade client you won't be able to login or play until the trial is done and the account is back under the regular WoW status.
You can try downloading the Burning Crusade client here; https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/... and check if it works then but I have a feeling it will attempt to download it again and give you the same RAM warning as before.
Otherwise you're going to have to contact their Account and Billing department http://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.x... but it looks like you've already done that.
It looks like you have done basically of what is needed to solve the issue, and they should cancel the trial sometime before it expires, but otherwise you're going to have to wait for the 10 days to run out.
