| | Okay me and my Boyfriend has been dating for about 8 months we have a very good relationship im always with him and im very happy. We barely argue and when were together the best part about our relationship is that were friends first. Okay here's the problem now i've known about his highschool reunion for the past 3 months but I didnt ask to go because I feel like if you want me there you would make it known by inviting me. Now im a good looking chic so its not like im ugly. Now friday night they had a Meet and Greet well he took his Best Friend with him that by the way didnt even Graduate from the same HighSchool with him anyway when Saturday came I was "HOT"...Am I being petty by being mad for not being invited or do I have a right to be mad at him for not inviting me?
Well if that is you in the picture I defiantly would take you to my class reunion. My guess he wanted to get with old flames but then again maybe its cause he is insecure about the people he grew up with and wanted to face it alone. Also he could be embarrassed and thought they were not worthy of meeting you.
Yes you sure do. Guys, in general (including myself), have a tendency to be self-centered. Not a good thing, but yet, very common for us. I'd be pissed at him, but I would ask him if he wanted to go with his buddy because of "old times" or if he wanted to avoid you for some reason. Be direct.
I would be curious as to his reasoning of why he didn't ask you. Even if he thought you wouldn't have fun, he could have at least extended the offer. It makes me think that there was a reason, perhaps he is meeting up with old girlfriends? You have only been together 8 months, which can seem like a while, but maybe for him didn't necessarily mean he needed to include you. I would sit him down and explain that it wasn't necessarily that you wanted to go, but the thought that he didn't want to include you that hurts. He is a guy afterall, he might be totally oblivious to the fact that you were looking for an invite. They can be sort of dense sometimes.
He just didn't want you there case. He had a chance to hook up with some old girl friends
yes you do have a right to be mad he should want to take you ever where with him
