The question is on the legality of it. The story goes like this... BO Sr and his pregnant bride went to Kenya to meet his parents. The visit was a disaster. His parents were furious that he had married a white women. They headed back to the US only to be turned down by the airline because Mrs Obama was too far along in her pregnancy. This is standard practice on commercial flight to avoid the woman going into labor when the cabin pressure change. As a result, Baby Obama was born in Kenya. His parents returned to Hawaii shortly after the birth. His mother registered the birth in Hawaii. If true, then the birth certificate is fraudulent. There is also a second story, that Little Barack's step-father adopted him. By Malaysian law that would change the child's citizenship from American to Malaysian. If either story is true, then Obama is ineligible to run for the US presidency. Has anyone ever gone to Kenya or Malaysia to research these claims and prove or disprove them?
Conservatives do not like to have anyone disagree with them, do not like change, do not like to lose, and basically do not like anything without passing it by Rush Limbaugh. So expect any kind of attack, but hopefully no violence.

His religion is on the birth certificate and how old he is and if he's really from the u.s. so it concerns if he wins (which he won't) he could give the entire u.s. to africa or something.

Because after all this time he has not produced a hard copy. He could have cleared it up months ago, but for some reason, has been in no hurry to do so.
The reason is that there have been statements made that he was born in Kenya, but REGISTERED in Hawaii. Note the date on the birth certificate is 4 days later. There have been statements made which offer a reasonable doubt as to it's validity. I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, but the fact that the DNC and Obama himself are fighting having to present supplemental documentation to counter those allegations is rather telling.
