Maybe it has something to do with their diet. I heard croissants (since it's shaped like the letter C which stands for cute) make them that way. Sorry i have no data to prove the validity of this scientific information at this moment. Maybe i'll need to eat croissants everyday to find out for myself if this works..lol
About tattoos, maybe there's one somewhere that you just didn't see? Try lifting her arm, I'm sure you'll see an Eiffel Tower tattoo sitting right on her underarm.. hehe.
