Since when did all women in Afghanistan not have an education? A lot of them do, but most of those women got their education before the Taliban took over.

The Taliban banned education for females in Afghanistan...they have some catching up to do....so much for the legendary "moderate muslims"
They only recently got rid of a government that believed women should not know how to read.

And all you people saying that Islam doesn't allow women to get educated need to stop watching Fox noise and spreading these DESPICABLE lies. All this mocking of the Islamic religion is hateful and very offensive, as well as ignorant.
Of all the Islamophobes I encounter, I'd like to know how many of them actually know a Muslim.
Because in Islam, women are only there to pop babies out. I also read somewhere that in Islam women are regarded less than livestock. If girls try to obtain an education the local men might throw acid on them, like they have in many cases.
Basically they believe that women are inferior and are only there to serve the men and have/raise their kids. They don't need an education for that. It's based on social customs and religious beliefs.
