There are words like inbred and trailer park that come to mind, however, I know those aren't suited for these people soley...this is why there needs to be a law passed for those that wish to breed...a test taken to guage suitability of potential parents....will obviously never happen, but the benefits would be numerous

People will have fewer kids when having MORE kids causes THEM hardships. If there is a bigger government check for each new kid . . . then you can expect MORE kids. When the government check is the SAME for 2 kids or 5 . . . . expect to see a lot more parents with TWO kids.

I have three daughters . . . . I love each one . . . . but the last one was a "big surprise." So I went to the doctor and . . . . *snip snip* no more surprises.
When more people get sterilized . . . there will be fewer kids. There was a program that was PAYING low-income parents (who ALREADY had kids) to be sterilized . . . and the liberals HOWLED at the moon that is was a back-door atempt to eradicate blacks.

The poor+uneducated tend to have many kids in the hopes that at least a couple will survive, since they have little food and no real access to good medical care the chances the kids will die off is much higher.
The rich, etc have fewer kids because they can afford to spend what is needed to ensure child survives
At least that is the genetic directive that I learned
Because they know that the state, you and me, will look after their brats regardless. Indeed it pays them to breed like rabbits as this produces a nice income and all sorts of additional benefits like free housing, tax credits and many more. Thanks to successive socialist governments and their generosity with our money they have abandoned whatever little sense of responsibility they had and live like "low lives" in their squalor and filth. Add to this the disgraceful conduct of the single mothers scandal and you will begin to see why the country is in the awful state it is. There was a time when,if you had children they were your responsibility, not that of anyone else, "you", and you knew it so the girls learnt how to say "NO", a word which today's ladies of lose morals should learn.

I am not black, I am not after "welfare money". mY birth control faild (which my husand and I are now thankful for) but I do need my children to have proper health care, which I can't afford at the moment because i am paying tuition. You know what? 90% of the people I see at the Department of Social and HEalth Services are like me...so don't judge. We pay taxes just like everybody else.

In poor countries it is so the children can help them work.
In "rich" countries the poor/uneducated do it is because they think that welfare will pay for their kids, and maybe that sex=love. The smart/educated people don't want alot of kids because they know it is expensive and may take away from their careers.

Well, historically the more children you have the better your chances that they'll be able to take care of you when you're older. Also, once the children grow up they'll be able to help. Either on the farm or around the house, or whatever. Let's not forget that if we're talking about the United States there are programs that will literally pay you per child. WIC, CHIP, Welfare (Don't quote me on these names) all offer money to help you raise your children.
Regardless, you are in no position to judge. While it might be your Tax dollars that help sustain these children, for all you know there is a future Doctor in the midst.

I have absolutely no idea which particular people you are referring to.
The poor people in Africa who do not have access to education or contraception, the fact that they live in a society which the Western world systematically destroyed, leaving them in a position in which they inevitably turned to God, ruling out contraception and massively increasing the spread of fatal sexually transmitted diseases.
Or the 'poor uneducated people' in England or America? I can only speak for England where teenage pregnancy is a huge issue, leading to large families depending heavily on benefits. But can you not see that this is due to a lack of education and this falls to the government. Instead of ploughing money into banks who are in trouble, they should be massively investing in education. Prevention is always better than cure and we in England have yet to grasp this concept.
I doubt hugely you think in your day to day life that you consider how your actions would affect the human race. I also don't think you can put every poor person into one huge basket by saying they lead miserable lives-what is your standard of poor? Does the silver spoon in your mouth prevent you from believing you can be happy without masses of money?
There will always be people at the bottom and big business and capitalism will constantly try to create the biggest gap between the two. Profit is more important than education and as for breeding without hesitation? I would recommend you hesitate before breeding this kind of ignorance and look a little deeper.
I think their ignorance crosses to safe-sex and decent parenting. While there are those in that demographic that I've seen be good parents, FAR TO MANY are not.
Well, many poor and uneducated people don't have knowledge on sexual education and may not have access to birth control and family planning clinics. Many schools used to teach abstinence only and I've seen this in a lot of poorer neighborhoods.

In the US it's because they get paid to do it.Why not have all the kids you want if you and they will get free food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and education? Illegal aliens are teaching the citizens a few tricks. The government didn't count on that, as they'd already brainwashed the majority of citizens into limited reproduction.
