Go see the doctor and find out what the hell's ur problem
go to the doctor ask for a test on your blood you may have low preachier .hop everything works out for you..

its just got cold quite quickly this year!
you may have a low iron level in your blood and therefore you will feel the cold more also you may be run down are there things going on that are worrying you maybe first taking a month of general multi vitamins you can get fro the chemist and if you still feel the same see your dr for a blood test and see if you need an Extra iron tablet, thin layers and more of them instead of chunky jumpers are best and wear those warm socks although they may look granny like they will help keep your circulation going and keep your body temp up
It could be anemia, or maybe you picked up a virus. Take some vitamins and eat some red meat; put on a sweater and if it doesn't adjust back to normal in a week or less give your doctor a call to find out what might be going on.
Have you recently lost some weight? That can also vary how much heat/cold are felt.
