They try and trick people in their knowledge of the Bible. When you ask then something similar, such as why Big Bang Theory violates E=MC2 and the Law of Thermodynamics, they get huffy and scream at you to read books about it. They are perfoming Satan's chores for him by persecuting Christians and Jews. Yet, if they are not in here to do that, it is because they are legitimately (usually subconsciencely) seeking the maker.
To try to get them to think.
For instance, ever notice that God is a really bad person? How many life sentences would he receive in the American Justice System for the stuff he's done? Atheism: athiesm and other religions as fakes, christian circles ::
Also, it doesn't do justice to the atheist - I don't any atheist would be tricked by the "does cold exist? does darkness exist?" questions.

Because they have doubts. They spend their time reading to see if something clicks.
It's not hard to believe, so they struggle here instead of in their own forum.
Erm... maybe,just maybe, that this is because it is a religious and spirituality section, and the only time atheists ask questions aimed only at theists is when it is about... dun dun dunn... religious and spirituality.
One of the questions I have asked theists here was how can they justify murder in the bible... Should I have put that in the cat section?
I just happen to be interested in mythology/religion- so I ask questions on them. I've asked questions about Norse mythology too, was that wrong of me because I'm an atheist?
Maybe because they want to ask about religion and there aren't so many theist topics in the cooking section?

Why not? Most of us are curious as to why theists believe in what they do. Asking questions is one way of figuring that out.
