I do realize that this has been brought up in past with little success but i thought i would try anyways. I am learning Japanese and would like to practice that as well.
You could speak English while i speak Japanese and we correct each others mistakes along the way. Or find a system that works for us both.

As for my qualifications, I am a first year university student in computer engineering. Perhaps that says little about my English ability but I am not a complete idiot. I will attempt to use proper English whenever speaking with you.
My Japanese ability however needs much work. I only know a little more than 300kanji which seems a good indicator of my knowledge. But i will use an online dictionary quickly to keep conversation flowing.
I hope we can both learn from this experience.

一年生の大学生です工科に。英文科の学科ではないけど …大学にいますなら完璧な馬鹿じゃないです…かも。も ちろん英語を話している時で正しい英語を使う。
それにしても俺の日本語はまだまだですね。だからここ に来たんだ。３００ぐらい漢字が知っている、これはい い…指示子？…と思う。でもパャRン辞書も使えます遅 く答えますなら。
