During the 110th Congress, he helped create legislation regarding lobbying and electoral fraud, climate change, nuclear terrorism, and care for U.S. military personnel returning from combat assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Yeah, his real name is Paddy McDougal O'Bama and he was really born, not in Kenya, but in Ireland. Still not eligible to be President and still pulled a pretty fast one, of course. But you're forgetting Kennedy, who was really born in Ireland, also.
