Personally I miss river country the most or Mr Toad's Wild Ride.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride and the original Tiki room. I hate the new show with the birds from Aladdin and The Lion King.

Mr.Toads Wild Ride

I miss Horizons at Epcot and the Skyway (it was a great way to get from one end of the MK to the other and offered great views).

I miss the cable car rides from Fantasy Land to Tomorrow Land the most. My kids think I'm crazy, but it was a great view of the Castle.

My dad misses the 1000 leagues under the sea ride. I wasn't born when it was there.

I miss the really old school rides, like
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea
Skyway to Fantasyland

and when Downtown Disney was simply called Lake Buena Vista and they had that old fashioned wood and metal playground as opposed to the plastic slides that shock you nowadays.
