It seems you are speaking in terms of INR & not $. Well for 25K you'll get a pretty decent computer but not one with Core 2 Quad. You'll get Core 2 Duo. With that you can use G33 as the Motherboard quite nice and will easily fit in your budget. You can think of having a pretty good brand's 2GB RAM for that budget. As regards HDD you can have something more than 250GB. At that budget you can get a pretty decent accessories like DVD Writer, KBD, mouse, monitor, etc. If you are thinking of going for extra stuffs like a printer, scanner, etc. I don't think that your budget will allow you to go for that stuff. Also you can't think of having GPU and all those high costing stuffs for your budget. Those come with a pretty heavy price tag.

As reagrds the processor go for Core 2 Duo. It seems you are buying a PC for light use and probably be buying your first one (from your mention of Budget word in it) so buying a Core 2 Quad will hardly make any sense to you.
If you are talking in terms of $ then you can get everything that money can buy for that amount.
Did you mean 2.5k, you can build a mean computer for $2,500.
