Hi there,
My partner and I feel like doing something this weekend with our newborn....but I don't really have any ideas what to do. We've done the walk in the park lots and are planning to go to a restaurant, but what else is there....we are in South East London UK....Any suggestions?
There isn't a whole lot of things a baby that young can do, since they cannot barely hold up their own head! The park is good, have you tried taking him swimming? There are some infant lifejackets small enough probably, and they hold up baby's head above water, so baby can just float there, with a little bit of help! Young babies really like water, because it feels like they are back in the womb. If you blow on his/her face and quickly dunk them underwater they even hold their breath! Great Dane ears::
I have a 5 month old Doberman whom I have had on calcium since 12 weeks and it . If he walks around all day and one is hanging down then I'd take 2" tape

Swimming!
We take our 12 week old (have been for 3 weeks or so)
He loves it - babies swim for free too.
Does the baby like the bath? If so you could try swimming. My son loves swimming and Ive been taking him since he was about 2 months old. x Intellectual Enhancement of Very Young Children::
