But the options you give are faulty. Mostly, it's neither of those.
It's neither romantic, nor sick, but just straight-up sex.
Not necessarily fetish-related, because that implies all sorts of weird, uncommon sexual activities. not everyone has weird fetishes. But men's idea of sex is definitely not romantic. It's more like just plain old sex for the sake of sex. Men only bother with romance because women like it. I'm sure some men appreciate romantic stuff. But mostly men just deal in romance as a means of getting women in the mood to have sex.

Depends on the guy really, some days im an erotic fantasist, and love porn like scenarios, but im Flexible to, i love a good sensual cuddle with a lady or just spending time with women i love as people who make me feel good. That's a huge turn on for me. I just love the whole female essence if that makes sense, weather that be shes very sexual, or if she wants to cuddle and kiss and watch a movie on a couch, and stare into some beautiful eyes.

My dear, my opinion is that it depends on the man. Still, since that is not a good enough reason, I think men are hopeless romantics, much more so than women though, of course, in complete denial.
I personally fantasise about porn type things more than romance. It does differ from person to person though.
