my husband wants a i pod for his birthday next month, but im not sure which one to buy, the price isnt really an issue i just want to buy the one thats best?
iPod Classic
ipod nano because you do not paid that much.and the people that said ipod touch there are not good because you have to paid in a month for all the minute you talk in the phone trust me .ipod nano is the best.
a classic is more suited to someone over 20 really, my friends dads have one, i have one, they are really nice, not too small to use, but not too big that they're annoying. they are the most reliable because they've been out longer and ALL bugs have been cleared.
The ipod touch is really hot right now. If he like a lot of music and movies, get him the one with the most GB
touch or new nano.
depends what you will use it for eg, games films music.
and how much music you got, so how much space you need.
If you haven't got alot of music then you could get the older 2nd gen ipod which comes in lowest format of 2gb which is about 200 songs. Or if you got a bit of music and a film for example then id recommend the ipod nano 3rd generation, it only comes in 1 format which is 8gb. that would hold about 5 ish full length films. Or about 1,500 songs.
If you got more music or films then id recommend the new ipod nano. I think it comes in 8 gb, and 16gb. 16gb would give you something like 10 full length films or about 4000 songs. If you got a lot more than that then go for a touch, they come in 8gb i think, and 16gb, 32gb.
The prices all vary, they're something like this for a 2nd gen ipod nano they're about £70 now. New nano is £109, ipod nano video is about £99. and the touches vary from about £160, to £300. all depending on size.

Definitely the ipod touch.....it has many other features other than just being a normal ipod (other than just playing music&videos) ....also can access internet thru it.....amazing games....organizer......u should definitely go for it! :)
Hey if this is any help i brought and ipod shuffle and OMG its the best thing on earth well if u dnt mind what song is played & u dnt mind if u cnt see what the song is.. but its soo good like u wear it and u cnt even feel the weight of it, its soo light u can wear it anywere, and its sooo good i brought mine from argos 1 gig 32.00 pounds bargainnnnnn... yeah so i think you should go for this its sooo good.

the iPod touch because its like having an iPhone just without all the cost and its slimmer. with all the apps you can get you can have fun for a long time.
Nano has a small choice, easy to carry and hard to break. Classic contains more GB for cheaper price and touch could use internet. Go for the nano, easy and wastes less space
so far the touch is an awesome deal; especially for guys

This depends on your husbands personal preference.
If he has less than a few hundred songs and he exercises often get the shuffle.
If he has over 10,000 thousand songs and a lot of movies, get the classic because it has a ton of storage.
if he wants other features like apps and internet then go with the ipod touch.
If he only wants a few thousand songs and some videos go with the nano.
i would highly suggest a ipod touch reasons:
1. Looks pretty cool
2. Very slim
3. surf internet
4. TONS of cool features
5. i love mine
It depends what size and such he likes, I have a big fat one- 40 gigs; holds a ton of music!
But he might like an iPod nano, some of my friends have them and LOVE them, they're small so he can take it out for when he jogs or something, but I'd be afraid I might loose it, holds a lot of songs, too.
iPod touch if he's wants to be up-to-date with iPod technology!
I say you should go and look around all over the internet- find one that would be best for him/what he does for a job etc, and then get a color he adores :)

the new nano chromatics still have bugs in them, but the itouch is very good. but a good ipod to get right now is a 3rd generation ipod nano.
The best ipod is the iPod touch 32Gb. It has the most features and the most memory. In my opinion, the best ipod for your money is the iPod nano 16Gb for $200. It packs the most memory for the best price. Feel free to send an ipod my way too lol (someone stole mine)
I have an ipod classic, and I love it, it has alot of space, but its big and the screen is like 2/3 the size on the itouch, plus it does so much more, so I would go with that one.
