Accuracy comes from a good paintball and a good paintball to barrel match to where the paintball can be easily blown out of the barrel but not roll out or get stuck.

I personally use Nelsplat and Special Forces Paintballs with excellent results. The shell is strong enough to survive the cyclone feed system and flatline barrel (hard on paintballs) and brittle enough to still break on target.
