So Am doing a class project for psychology and i want to know what is the hardest thing to tell an actor. Do you tell the truth or do you try to sugar coat it....???
I'm an Actor, not a Talent Agent, but I have get to known, and worked with several Talent Agents in the industry.

Believe it or not - this question actually came up at a Seminar - and the reply was?
"It depends on how closely I work with the actor. But I'm usually very hoenst with my client. If he didn't get the job, he didn't get the job. If the agency is him, he needs to know that he will have to find himself a new representation."
