Okay when i was 13-17 i use to use lotion on my face. Now i am hearing that it is not good. So what should i use then?

Organic Body Butter sold at mercola.com is the best I've found. Either that, or just plain coconut oil.

You can still use lotion, but make sure it is designed for the face. I like Eucerin Protection Face Lotion. Very gentle yet effective.
