Pizarro - he's the "pizza delivery man" who got the "ink" and drank some "cuzco."
One way could be with similarities. Samuel Sailing St, all start with 's' or use de Champlain/Quebec since de Champlain is french and french is also spoken in Quebec.
Pizarro and Cuzco both have a 'z'.
