Has this been assimilated by the Grid? In .33 I extended this class to do some custom stuff with the GridView - how can I accomplish this in 1.0?

Ah, I see Ext.PagingToolbar - I'll look into using that...
Paging has nothing to do with the GridView in this release. There is now a PagingToolbar class that can be used independently of the grid. Also, the normal GridView class has both a header (getHeaderPanel) or footer panel that you can stick whatever you want into (including a PagingToolbar).
