Well, like two years ago, I went out with this guy, and he also has a twin brother. Sooo, today his brother went up to me and asked if I ate special k, and I said "no, why?" He then said "Cuz, your REALLY skinny, maybe you just naturally skinny" What did he mean by the whole conversation???

Well, I think he was paying you a compliment. It's good to be skinny right, so by calling you skinny i think it was meant as flattering. Although, it could have been meant in a negative way like "oh well your so skinny". I think it really depends on his tone of voice. I believe he meant it as a compliment and you should feel flattered.
