Most need a way of avoiding flies.
You need to check the field for toxic plants and dig out those that will kill the animal (being aware that some are protected species so you need to know the differences say between "Common Ragwort" species Senecio jacobaea has to be removed by law in a paddock, but St Johns Wort is a protected species by law in the UK.
Have a lovely meeting and always be kind to the pony.
