Heres the governors view: Its a nightmare scenario if you are afraid of Follow the Leaders. Deal Done! End Game in Albany? Big Changes in the State Senate?

First, to set the table for the scenario:
1) Obama wins the election.
2) The Dems win enough Senate races to get 59 seats.
Now then....If this were to happen, I think it's quite likely that Obama, in the spirit of cooperation, will appoint Specter and/or perhaps Snowe (two GOP senators in states with democratic governors) to his cabinet. This would have the side benefit of giving the dems the coveted filibuster-proof Senate.
