I think they look good, if they are not to big. And if there is not a bunch of them. My daughter has one on her leg it don`t look to bad. I have one on the back of my hand.

I have 2 tattoos one on my back a Chinese symbol and one on my right shoulder i also have my belly button and nose pierced i think it depends on what and where you get them.

I have 2 small discreet ones, I like them. And a pierced nip too.

i think..done nicely they look great. i have four now. my husbands name on the top of my spine in italics. an angel on my shoulder. and angel on a cloud at the base of my back and a couple of weeks ago i had a daisy chain bracelet one done round my right wrist. i love them and i also have piercings which are dainty. i am a 35 yr old mother of 2 and grandmother of 2.(one sadly died at 15 hours old) i say go for it.Life is too short. Its for living so live it to the full!! xxx

I've got 12 tatoo's which I now regret having ---- But I still like women just as much as ever !

I think tattoos can be really sexy on women, provided they are small & well placed.

sometimes they are hot but u need to have a nice body and a tan and mayb just the 1, 2 is ok if they are small.

Believe it or not, women have a far higher pain tolerance than men when it comes to tattoos. I have three female clients at the moment having custom designed half sleeves done, and they get great comments everywhere they go. As is written on the t shirt, "the only people that have attitude towards tattooed people are those that haven't got any", and there's millions worldwide that have tattoos and so must think they look good. I've tattooed my sister and my two nieces, and would have tattooed my mother if it wasn't for her diabetes. If anyone wants to alter their body then it's theirs to alter, at least until the individuality police come along.

hi joanne , i have 4 but there cute , i have a tweety pie just above my ankle a red rose on my other ankle , a lady bird on the top of my arm and above my left boob i have a long rose with andy in it , that hurt like hell , andy is my husband and if we divorce i can get the name coloured in , lol .xxxx

I had my first one done at 35. and gone from there. I have a stunning snow leopard on my upper thigh. Ying and Yang horse heads on lower back and a British wild flower garlland across by back, shoulder to shoulder. No black lines just greens and pinks, blues. and little red on the "ragged robin" on my right shoulder.

A turn off for me, but I hate them on blokes too, it's not a sexist thing...

They are forever....and I personally don't like them. That doesn't mean that they aren't attractive on you, but remember the older you get the worse they look due to changes in skin structure.

good tattoos, tastefully placed and applied are wonderful on women, as well as men.

OLD SCHOOL here, do not care for HUGE manly ink on ladies, and the less visible in daily situations is far more appropriate for women.

TOO many young ladies are going for the present culture SHOCK of huge and highly visible ink jobs...and I have to say this is not good for a lady that is career oriented...... too many old school people running large corporations, and it is not accepted yet.

I have four, my friend has 11 and our other friend has bloody loads, she is married to a tatooist.

I think if you really want one then go for it after all it is your choice

My 2 thoughts on tattoos 1) ouch.... didn't it hurt? and 2) did it bleed? I don't like blood.

i have 2 tattoo's across my shoulders on the back one on either side there only tiny but one is my daughters name and one is my boyfriends name i think there quite cool, and I'm gonna get another one. there is nothing wrong with tattoo's, mine only hurt a little bit and it was worth the money and pain.

I have just one, with plans for at least two more!

Personally I do not find tattos attractive on a woman but thats just me..

I think it's great. I have 4 tattoos, and see them as a way for me to decorate my body. I've always been really artistic, and getting tattoos is just one more way to express myself to the world! I don't think every woman can pull off having tattoos, so to those of us who can - wear 'em with pride!!!

I have a few tattoos to and i think they look good and i have seen some really beautiful tattoos on woman more and more women are gettin them so as long as your happy with them thats all that matters :-)

iv got 6 - iv got stars on ma foot, football crest on ma ankle, tribal design at base of ma back, mum on ma stomach, ma date of birth in chinese down ma spine n ma name in japanese on ma wrist.

iv got 3 nephews n plan on gettin their initials in a design on the other side of ma stomach
