my friend is cutting himself. and said i was cutting myself too because he say i had some cuts on my leg. the night before i was under a bridge and cut my leg hopping a barbed wire fence. so now my whole high school thinks i cut. what do i do?
Don't worry about what other people think. Enjoy your life and your interests.
As to your friend, do him a favor and tell a counselor or teacher. Cutting is an indication of serious underlying emotional problems and doesn't go away by itself. The sooner your friend gets help, the richer his life will be in the future.

People are going to make drama. Make sure your close friends know you don't cut. The drama will fall away.
As for your friend? Tell your friend you are going to tell the guidance counselor. Invite him to come, too. If he refuses, still go... Don't back down. Cutting is a symptom of a larger problem, not to mention an exceedingly unhealthy coping skill. Your friend needs help you can't give.
Also, make sure you are surrounding yourself also with friends who are healthy and positive. Be supportive to your emotionally unhealthy friend, but don't let him bring you down or control you in any way... Sometimes these behaviors have a way of becoming controlling/manipulative.
