I've had all heart test done. i done have any blockage, stress tess have been negative for heart disease. but still having chest tightness. What is a person to do. my Cadio doc said that i just have to live with the tightness cause they dont find anything wrong with my heart. Could having SVT do any anything with the tightness.

stress, or too much caffine. my fiance drinks mountain dew like its going out of style and that is the reason he has his chest problems.
Anxiety causes tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, and many other things. I suggest that you talk to your doctor about this possibility, and perhaps get some anti-anxiety medication. Anxiety can cause SVT.
