i'm 15 and i look 12.
what can i do to look prettier/ more mature?
define your eyebrows, give them a nice shape with tweezers.
use bronzer to contour your cheeks, and stay away from bright blush which will really make you look younger.
mascara is a must, and a bit of eyeliner would be good too.
you don't look 12! you know what, even if you're still convinced you look young, that's a good thing, cause you can keep paying child fares for stuff :) lol, but, if it really bothers you, how about like, a little bit of make up? nothing over-dramatic, just maybe some eye pencil inside your eye and a bit of lip gloss? that's pretty much all i wear, and that's just when i HAVE to.. otherwise staying as natural as possible, keeping my hair out, and smiling/laughing a lot, so i get told, makes me seem older and more mature. you're pretty as it is honey, believe me :) xxx The Capricious Art of Growing Tomatoes in the PNW::

If you do feel you need a change, try changing your hair, maybe some highlights (though speak to your parents first) or experiment with make up. I honestly don't think you need it though.
Beauty is a relative term, what is pretty for you may not be pretty for someone. You are really pretty, and you need to be more cheerful.
