TTC and I am pretty regular-Taking temperature isn't practical. I have had a battery of tests and they say that I am ok. I have reduced just about all stress on my psyche and body. I am looking to find a good supplement that isn't from a "snake oil" salesman....any suggestions?

Hi at the moment i am taking agnus castus and evening primrose oil both up until i ovulate then i stop i also take folic acid. Since i started taking them my periods have been regular as i have had AF arrive the 24th of every month and i have noticed a lot more EWCM, i also used pre-seed this month and been using the clear blue fertility monitor. Hehe, that was funny, but I can understand. People are taking advantage of women's dreams of having children by selling all kinds of crud that does not help.

If your cycles are regular (you ovulate at the same time each month and have a period each month) then the only thing I could think of is the following:

1) Has your husband been tested? Has he had a semen analysis to check to make sure his guys are ok?

2) Its quite common these days for women to have a high pH, mostly due to food/drinks, cosmetics, the chemicals we're around etc. If you have a high pH it can affect your "inner environment" and create hostile cervical mucus (sorry, TMI).
