it is usually done at birth. It is supposed to be painful. (as you can imagine). I would suggest soon before it gets too sensative.
so long as there is no sanitary problems there is no reason why he cant go uncircumsized.. unless ur jewish (they do it at age 13 when a boy becomes a man) then i suggest leaving it alone as most parents do this at birth so that they child wont remember it he is now 7 years old and trust me he will remember it .. why bother putting him thru the pain now?
Just leave it the way it is, circumcision at that age could be traumatic.

this should've been done at birth. but anyways I think you should do it now, yes it will hurt very bad but when hes 16 and has to go through the pain thats worse im sure he will regret it then because he wont want to have it done but he will be having sex and it will bother him
oh boy leave it the way it is! it is vey very painful to have it done im sure if it bothers him once he is high school age 16 or so allow him to decide if he wants it. at his age there could be complications! he will remember that at this age and might blame you for all the pain!
i would have done it at birth but the sooner the better.
