the 100 isn't going down..
Call your Dr and make an appointment to be seen. Take your B/P 3 times a day and record it in a notebook, show this to your Dr.
This will be a lifestyle change. Diet, exercise, stress, and sleep all play a role in your blood pressure. Decrease the amount of salt in your diet.
Good luck!
Has you BP been consistently that high? Are you checking your BP at home with your own BP cuff? Are you taking any medications, any over the counter medications? Any vitamins and supplements? Have you ever had a heart attack? Has you Dr. ever ordered any cardiac diagnostic tests? How old are you and how much do you weigh? Do you have any medical problems? Please post information as it will be helpful to everyone trying to answer your question, thanks, Donna

Hypertension is not treated with first aid. Tell the person to go and see their doctor about getting their BP properly monitored and possibly getting medications or making lifestyle changes to bring it down.
