i have these weird stomach pains usually its a dull ache but it sometimes gets worse.
it is not cramps because my period was two weeks ago and i took that medicine for pms cramps and it did nothing.

i also tried pepto bismol and that didn't work either.
i go to sleep with it and go through the night with it tossing and turning. its usually gone in the morning but comes back.
It feels like theres a pressure right below my belly button that makes me think i have to pee...

You might want to be seen by a doctor. There are many things that can cause that type of pain. If you have any other symptoms, even if you think they are not related make sure that the DOctor knows about them to help with diagnosis.
