Yes she will be fine. It is pretty much impossible to only get it on the skin and not the fur. As long as you part the fur and get most on the skin, that is pretty normal. Sure there is no way you can apply this liquid without it getting on their fur. I usually use a paper towel and blot the fur after I apply the frontline. Yup, she'll be fine. Your goal is to part her fur and get it on to her actual skin, but believe me, when my Welsh Corgi was a puppy, he wriggled around so much that that happened to us, too. She'll get used to it eventually and it will be easier.
The only problem might be if a large amount of the frontline was lost to her fur, you might not have gotten enough on to her skin for it to be effective.
