I really want to get the VX9900 enV [the old one not the second one]. Is it STILL possible to buy one from the verizon stores? If so what is the price? what colors are available? Can I just change phones and keep the same number and plan and everything? [i still want to keep my LG VX5200 for memories though...haha...]

verizon stop selling env so you can not get it from verizon store.
but you can get it through online such as ebay.
if you want to keep your previous account with same cell phone number, and you want LG enV, you have to buy the phone itself.
just buy env, and call 611 with your old cell phone to talk to customer service. tell them you want to do ESN change which means changing the phone.
ESN is like social security number for each phone. so each cell phone has own ESN number.
if you want to get different phone with good price, i suggest go to online , and sign up for new contract with new cell phone number.
you get lot of benefit.
