I think you should give the young man a chance dnt punch him in the face. thats nt right think if it was you.
Double check he doesn't have Down Syndrome or something. Ask a teacher about it. If he is mentally normal do give him a punch in the nose on your next meeting and get it over with! The way it is he probably thinks he's intimidating you. Getting in trouble from the school once about fighting is better than having to put up with him the rest of your school life!

wtf? OK so tell him, listen dude, ur cool and whatever, but the touching s**t has got to go. just tell him your not cool with all that and that should be that. If all else fails, lay his a** out on the pavement and be done with it.
