I have done some research and found some information for you. I have
also found agencies that you could call and speak to them.
"The agency fees for surrogacy are as follows:
Traditional surrogacy:
$15,000. The agency fee is refundable in various amounts if the goal
of creating a child is not achieved.
Gestational surrogacy:
$17,000. The agency fee is refundable in various amounts if the goal
of creating a child is not achieved.
Excess Cycle Fee:
The agency fee described for traditional surrogacy includes our
administration services for up to four artificial insemination cycles,
with as many as three resting or non-inseminating cycles (a total of
seven months) with your surrogate. In the event pregnancy is not
accomplished and you elect to proceed with the same surrogate, an
additional fee of $1,000 will be due prior to the fifth insemination
cycle or seven months from the first insemination.
The agency fee described above for gestational surrogacy includes our
administration services for up to two IVF cycles, provided no more
than three months passes between the two cycles. An additional agency
fee of $1,500 will be due prior to a third IVF cycle or six months
from the first cycle.
Surrogate Delivery Outside of the United States:
An additional agency fee of $8,000 is due when the child is born to a
surrogate in any location outside of the fifty states of the United
States of America, regardless of whether planned or unplanned.

Cost
The cost of using a gestational carrier varies widely. An independent
adoption can cost at least $15,000, with about $12,000 going to the
carrier and the rest for legal fees (set by lawyers and agencies). If
you arrange a contract through an agency it can cost well over
$35,000, with $10,000 to $12,000 going to the carrier, $15,000 or more
to legal expenses, and $10,000-plus to agency fees. (Neither total
includes additional fees for the carrier's prenatal care and delivery
if they aren't covered by her insurance.)
