I would call her doctor. Is she eating, is her output good? Then she is probably fine but it will catch up to her. Check to make sure her nose is clear. If she has a cold she cannot sleep because babies have to breath through their noses when they sleep. They just don't know how to breathe through their mouths. Have you tried just putting her down and turnign off the lights?
Have you been feeding her coca cola in her bottle???
I would call your baby's doctor just to make sure that everything is okay. If he/she were sick there would be signs of it, maybe its something that she/he is eating.
Here is a site I found, take a look

HE'S ON SPEED ...YEA I WOULD BE WORRIED
If she has a cold and her nose is stuffy, she may be finding it disconcerting that she can't breathe through her nose. It disturbs my daughter's sleep every time.
