Hi everyone. Thanks to you all for your important comments about this complicated mess i'm getting myself into.

here's what i need from you:
(A) my next move: when, how, and what
(B) am i just another guy friend? or a flirty guy friend? I've been there, don't do that, unless my chances are winning are high (not to be confused with scoring).
(C) What is she thinking? we're not exactly "friends" (just getting to know each other)....we're not dating....not bed buddies...but what kind of girl texts me at 1:30am in the morning, and what kind of guy goes out of his way to pick up a girl at the airport at 9am?

Here's what transpired this morning...

I get up at 6am...the earliest I have ever gotten up for any person....to pick up a girl at the airport from her 9am flight. this girl has invited me to a concert, gone surfing with me, texted me in the morning for a simple lunch the next day, invited me to a house party....but she also has a long-distance boyfriend (1 yr)...although she doesn't mention him often (one-line snippets). although at the house party, when she did mention him, my knee-jerk reaction (since i've been hurt before) was "I'm done here" and I walked out.

inbetween the pickup and the house party, i had asked her to some events...coffee she doesn't respond, but movies she at least picks up her phone (but her friends and her were already going out)...but the next day she texts me if i need a ride...followed by huge volumes of text that day.

anyway...we have breakfast after the airport (like real food fools)....then later at the end she mentions her friends are going to a party this weekend....

um sounds like she's using you as a taxi service, nope just a friend for now, best not to push the idea let her decide for herself.

Did she ask you to go this party? It sounds like she just mentioned it, not invited you. It sounds like to me that at this point you are just friends. The long distance boyfriend is an added question. If you really are friends, then you should be able to ask her about him and get more information on their relationship so you can decide where you stand with this girl. It really sounds like it's just friends to me.

Sounds like she is unsure of what she wants. Don't be taken for granted. Tell her you are interested, but want some clarification about how she feels.

She is obviously cheating on her long distance with you. You seem to have three options:
1A.) Next move: kick it up a notch, turn up the flirting, etc.she'll break up with her long distance
2A.) Next move: back off, you shouldn't be cheating with her
3A.) Tell the long distance, they'll break up, continue with her
B.) No you aren't just another friend, she's cheating with you
C.) She is cheating on her boyfriend in the long distance relationship. Hate to break it to you but the things you guys are doing seem like dating and if her bf find out both of you are gonna be in trouble.
