whenever i go up to a random girl in my class and hit on them, the next day or so, they end up changing their profile picture irregularly a lot. Does that mean i made them feel sexy? or do they just want to impress me by changing their picture to something good looking?

It's highly likely it has nothing to do with you.
dude never pressure a girl into going out with you. They will most likely ignore you. But if you like someone then take your time and you might just get the girl you like.
