Good acting is usually a combination of two things. Education and Experience. First step would probably be to get into any acting classes possible, and then auditioning for school or local productions. Starting a resume is imperative, and once you have some experience, getting an agent will help you receive bigger roles in bigger venues, but this usually requires an audition and costs a lot of money. I would start small, though, with the basics of education and experience. Youtube will help you gain SOME (and when I say some I mean a small amount) of exposure, but simply getting involved in acting is imperative.
