does anyone know how take a black and white picture and make an item on the picture color. For example a child holding a flower and the flower is red and the resat of the picture is black and white....I have seen them just dint know hw to do it?

Ok so there are some photo editors you can find in the store like i believe paintshop pro sor somthing like that can be found in the store for about 50 bucks but why pay when you can go free... I really suggest that you go for gimp... Gimp is a free photo editing application in which the possibilities are almost unlimited...
