That’s because this is an enterprise-only release under the Monthly Rapid Update program. That said, there is absolutely nothing preventing the build of this version as a community release.
As with my releases of MySQL 5.0.27 & 5.0.33, this one is packaged in the "Red Hat"-style. If you're looking for MySQL-style binaries (like the ones hosted on mysql.com), you should check here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=222113) instead. I just thought I'd note here that I've posted an updated article at the link below. The newest set of RPMs not only mimic the packaging of the default RHEL/CentOS/Fedora RPMs, but duplicate the functionality as well.
