I live in a rural area, and our mall only has about ten stores, none of which are Hot Topic. Is there any way I could help to have a Hot Topic in our mall? I know I wouldn't be able to do it alone, but is there any way I could make a difference? I'd truly appreciate any helpful information.

I suggest you get in contact with the mall owner and convince him that a lot of people would buy from the store, making it worth requesting them to place one in you mall. They're the only ones that can do that.
You might actually want to go to the Hot Topic site and contact the actual business.. they may give you better hints and ways to get it into your area.
