Great book: Watching the English

Published by: jack 2010-03-12
If you are English, have English friends, are married to or descended from an English person, work for an English company, visit England, or just like England, then you must read this book.

It's written by an English anthropologist who uses her science to study and investigate the habits and ways of her own tribe, the English. It's a fun and very funny read. Extremely insightful and spot on, especially when describing the English social dis-ease and all its manifestations. I've bought enough copies for friends that I think the author owes me a lunch or something.
