Greeeeeeeeeetings from the Reeperbahn!!!!! My hotel is 2 minutes walk from the Fanzone and things are buzzing. Stayed up all night talking to man who runs Cowdenbeath football club and a group of Yanks. Great fun and good times. :)
I'm stuck with a Siemans C55 relic but it's on my list. Just managed to get back home in time for the England match. I might look to head back for the final (should Germany make it) and I'll definitely be back for another trip before I go back to university. The Fanzone was superb and the football museum very interesting. Great weather for it as well. I forgot how much I loved Hamburg. I'll write up a bit more when I recover more fragments of my memory. :)
You guys are making me insanely jealous. Even though the U.S. and England are both now out, I still wanna be over there. And to top things off, the gal with whom I applied (unsuccessfully) for tickets dropped by work the other week to tell me she just got married. Good times! So pound an extra pilsner for me. :cool:
