okay i brought a cotton t-shirt (100% cotton) and the size is too small...i cant return or exchange it either. so i was wondeirng is there a way to expand the shirt? or stretch it out?!
put it on, take it off, put it on, take it off....stretches it out.
iron it alot, put it in the same room when u shower.
Well you can wash it but not dry it
that way it wont shrink but i recommend you not

dont do it or you'll regret it
here is what i would do.. i havent tried it before but this might or could work: get a spray bottle and make the shirt damp. then stretch it to a figure how u like it. then keep making it damp until u stretched it out to ur size. then let it dry by itself.
just pull on it really hard until u start to feel it rip, then stop
put it on some kind of box or the back of a chair and wash it in cold water but dont dry it in the dryer. let it air dry.
