The micro beads in the cleanser aren't that bad, I don't think it will hurt to use it everyday. I have a problem with my skin getting very dry if I use it twice a day, so I just use it once. I would start with twice a day, and go from there. Rough and dry on Yedda - People. Sharing. Knowledge.::
