Hi there have got a few spots on my head and the side if my face that just wont go away can anyone suggest anything? It looks kind of like a heat rash but i know its not.

The most important thing is not to overwash your skin as the rash will spread. Apply natural yoghurt to your face as if it were a facial mask. Allow it to dry and rinse clean.
